Who We Are
The Allen Caffey Collective, LLC (ACC) is a mission-driven social impact organization that
provides mentorship, family support services, and recovery-centered housing solutions
designed to strengthen youth, families, and communities. Originally developed through the
JAJR initiative, the Collective has evolved into a broader service organization that integrates
youth development, family support, and stability-focused housing programs.
Operating across Minnesota and Arizona, the Allen Caffey Collective works to address
critical gaps in youth mentorship, family connection services, and supportive living
environments. The organization combines community-rooted mentorship models with
structured service programs that support long-term stability, personal growth, and
leadership development.

Rooted in the founding vision of the JAJR initiative, the Collective has grown into a broader service organization that meets people at critical crossroads. Young people navigating identity and purpose, families working to stay connected through difficult seasons, and individuals rebuilding their lives in recovery. Across Minnesota and Arizona, ACC shows up with structure, consistency, and genuine investment in long-term outcomes.

From the Visitation Specialist Program and JAJR Academy to our sober and transitional housing initiatives, every service we offer is designed to cultivate stability, personal growth, and leadership from the inside out.
